Nature Health is not responsible for lost, stolen or held packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
All sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they are placed.
For all clients treated at the Alternative Medicine Center Nature Health, there will be no refund of 100% of the procedure if it is a cancellation of the client.
It is an obligation of every face-to-face client to read this information.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nature-health.net and send your item to: 35 North B st, San Mateo, CA 94401, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Regalos
Si el artículo se marcó como regalo cuando lo compró y se lo envió directamente, recibirá un crédito de regalo por el valor de su devolución. Una vez que se reciba el artículo devuelto, se le enviará por correo un certificado de regalo.
